The Interim management solution is provided in the case a client has selected intern employees within the talent management program who have personal potential to assume/take charge of key positions within the company, but their experience is still not sufficient. For these talents it is necessary to make adequate competence base, where they have the room for the potential growth as well as prospects for/of the growth of their career. It is not profitable to search for and hire fulltime senior specialists and managers for the work positions indicated by talent management program.

In such a case the interim management is ideal. With this service the client gets a manager or a specialist with necessary knowledge and experience for agreed period of time. Their task - apart from holding/exercising the key competence - is to train and mentor an intern employee who will be at the end of the day – after the interim manager has left – able to hold/exercise the key competence themselves. They strengthen the intern structure and long term stability of the company.
